 Fear Melting

Fear is one of the most common stresses that can unravel our productivity and clear thinking.

There are 4 fear signatures identified by The Hendricks Institute who have been studying mood, body and stress for over 40 years.

When we get curious about what our fear signature might be, we can better address it. The mechanism of the fear, when understood, can start to be a study within. This can increase awareness, and you can often catch fear BEFORE a challenging situation gets too large to handle with ease.

You don't have to remember every signature, be creative and explore, because all of the fear melting practices below will be effective.

The Four fear Signatures and The Accompanying “Remedy” to melt them

Fight is one of the fear signatures and we ooze to address fight

Flee is another fear signature and we do grounding or rooting to address flee

Flight is another signature and we Love Scoop to address flight

Freeze is one and we wiggle to address Freeze

You can do these in small ways or large ways. It is good to do it daily and practice it. You can do it to music.

Learn to recognize the fear mechanism and notice what is happening and shift the response. Practice will allow you to notice it sooner and be more of the administrator of your life, body and respond instead of react.
